Travel Windo: Spin & Win – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By participating in the “Spin & Win” game (“the Game”) organized by Travel Windo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you fulfill all eligibility requirements.
2. Eligibility
The Game is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. Employees of Travel Windo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Game Mechanics
The Game offers various discount coupons and promotional offers (“Prizes”).
Winning is subject to a shortlisting process. Not all participants who receive a winning coupon on the wheel will be declared a final winner.
The final winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Travel Windo based on pre-defined criteria. The decision of Travel Windo will be final and binding.
4. Winner Validation & Mandatory Steps
To be eligible to claim your Prize, the following steps are mandatory. Failure to complete any step will result in disqualification.
Screenshot Required: You must take a clear screenshot of the screen showing the coupon you have won.
Join Our WhatsApp Community: You must be a member of the official Travel Windo WhatsApp community. [Link to be provided by Travel Window]
Share Screenshot with Admin: You must send your winning screenshot via a direct message to the designated Travel Window admin on WhatsApp within 24 hours of winning. The Prize is void if not claimed within this period.
5. Prize Details & Specific Conditions
All Prizes are subject to availability and must be used as per the conditions outlined below. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
“1 Night Free Stay”:
Valid on a standard room at a 3-star hotel in any domestic city (within India).
Breakfast is not included.
Subject to room availability at the time of booking.
“Free Coral Island Tour”:
Valid for the Coral Island tour in Thailand only.
Includes lunch as specified in the tour itinerary.
Any additional personal expenses or activities are excluded.
“Dubai Tour – 1 Pax Free”:
One person goes free on a standard 4-day Dubai tour package.
Valid only on a booking for a minimum of 4 paying passengers.
Flight costs are excluded from this offer. The “free” benefit applies only to the land package cost for one person.
“15% OFF (Int’l Tours)”:
15% discount is applicable only on the land package (excluding flight costs) for international tours to Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, and Bali.
The booking must be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
A minimum of 4 passengers is required to avail of this discount.
“Free Helicopter Ride (Dubai)”:
Valid for a helicopter ride experience in Dubai only.
Subject to availability and operational conditions at the time of booking the Dubai tour.
“10% OFF Europe”:
10% discount is applicable on the total package price for Europe tour packages.
Valid on a booking for a minimum of 2 passengers.
6. General Terms
Travel Window reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game at any time without prior notice.
Travel Window is not responsible for any technical failures or issues that may affect the gameplay or the ability to claim a Prize.
By participating, you consent to Travel Window using your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
